Entry Instructions
For 2012 we will again be using

New entry dates this year to be done over a 1 week period from Thursday DEC 1st, to Wed Dec 7th, Pearl Harbour Day .

Please read over instructions below.
"Guaranteed Entries" ie. Past Overall Winners and 5 time Finishers your credit card wil be charged when you sign up

And "General Entries" credit card will be charged after we hold the lottery and you find out "Good or Bad, if you made it into the race. Lottery to be held on Dec 10th.

If you are entering all 3 of the events, The Kahtoola Bigfoot Snowshoe Festival 50K, the Squaw Peak 50 Mile Trail Run and the Katcina Mosa 100K Mtn Run to get the early $45.00 discount, You need to fill out a seperate entry for the 100K and Snowshoe Runs The confirmation email for Squaw Peak and the other 2 printed out paper forms, Total for all 3 with early Discount is $250.00. Select that option at the bottom of each form and include one check for all 3 and mail together.

Entry for 2011 Rollovers, you will pay the $35 online. We will have a list using the email you sent in your withdrawel letter to confirm your rollover.

The 2009, 2010 and 2001 races filled in less than 1 day. this procedure should make it easier for those of you who are traveling as you now have a 1 week window.

We will do a lottery.

There will be guaranteed entries for the 2 following groups.

Past winners - male and female.

Those who have completed Squaw Peak 5 times.

WITHDRAWEL PROCEDURE: If you wish to withdraw from the race. I need to have you send me an email dated on or before Sat. May 10th, stating your intentions to withdraw. There are NO REFUNDS, as a courtesy $80 of your entry fee will be rolled over for one year only ... this is not a gauranteed entry to next years race. You still have to re-enter for next year. Withdrawel must emailed.
